ORDER ADOPTING TAX RATE

After notice and hearing, the following motion was offered by Gary Colman and seconded by Bob Davis : “I move that property taxes be increased by the adoption of a tax rate of $.015 cents per $100 evaluation for the 2009 tax year, which is the same tax rate as the current year.

THIS TAX RATE WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR’S TAX RATE. THE TAX RATE WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY ZERO (0) CENTS.
