  1. PERSONNEL ISSUES:  Bubba Steen began with discussions held during executive session at the March 3rd meeting with regard to Bob McCurdy’s resignation letter.  From that discussion, Bubba Steen made a motion that for the board to accept Mr. McCurdy’s resignation, second by Bob Davis; the motion carried unanimously.  Mr. McCurdy asked that the board consider a transition period and devise a work schedule and compensation for that transition.  The board asked that Kay Wild advertise the GM position on the TAGD web page.  Because the effective date of Mr. McCurdy’s resignation was not included in the original motion, Tim Voelkel made a motion to resend the original motion, seconded by Bob Davis; the motion carried unanimously.  Bubba Steen then made a new motion that the board accepts Bob McCurdy’s resignation as full-time general manager effective April 1, 2007.  Tim Voelkel seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.  Discussion was made regarding task and compensation for Mr. McCurdy after the resignation date.  A motion was made by Tim Voelkel to employ Kay Wild on a full-time basis, on a four and one-half day per week basis, with compensation of $500 per week.  The motion was seconded by Bob Davis and carried unanimously.
